Exchange Policy

At ICONIXX, we currently support exchanges only, not refunds.

To ensure a smooth experience, we highly recommend that you open and try the product while the delivery agent is still present. If there's any issue or the size doesn't fit, you can return the item with the agent immediately.

Terms:

• You only pay shipping cost in case of a return.
• In case of exchange, you will pay shipping again for the second delivery.
